UPCOMING CHANGES

OLD 2024 PARKING MAP

NEW 2025 PARKING MAP

Reduction of the Orange and Blue Lots
The number of spaces in the Orange and Blue lots at Allegacy Stadium will be reduced starting in 2025 as construction begins on the first phase of residential apartment units at The Grounds. Orange Lot C and Blue Lot D will no longer be available for parking. Approximately 1,037 parking spaces in these areas will be eliminated. Affected fans will be relocated to other available parking lots. Read more about the relocation process here.
Creation of a New Parking Lot
As a part of the infrastructure changes surrounding construction on The Grounds, Deacon Boulevard will rerouted and reduced to two lanes. As a result of the new alignment, space has been created for a new parking lot adjacent to LJVM Coliseum, labeled as "The Grounds Lot" on the map above. This lot will add 500 new spaces for parking on Wake Forest football gamedays.

Orange Lot, Blue Lot, and LJVM Coliseum Passholders
Patrons in the Orange, Blue, and LJVM Coliseum lots are able to request a space in their current lot at this time. The Wake Forest Ticket Office will do their best to accommodate all requests; however, due to the redistribution of parking spaces, not all fans will be able to maintain their same parking lot from the 2024. Affected fans will be relocated another available lot.

Patrons can request their parking location directly from their renewal applications by adjusting the quantity for "Season Parking" under "Additional Items" at the bottom.

ABOUT THE GROUNDS

Carter and Front Street Capital - in partnership with Wake Forest University and the City of Winston-Salem - have joined forces to create a vibrant, 100-acre mixed-use development in the Deacon Boulevard area. The Grounds will serve as a year-round gathering place with food and beverage options, entertainment, activities, walking trails, and a new style of residential living in one community hub.

The new development will include:

  • A pedestrian-friendly retail village featuring a central lawn adjacent to a new Deacon Walk that will serve as a gateway to Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium. The more than 40,000 SF village will comprise local and regional chef-driven restaurants, boutique shops with integrated patios, and plentiful outdoor community gathering spaces. Loft-style residential units will be situated above retail buildings, adding density and activity to the central plaza area.
  • A 240-unit Residential Community with elevated amenities, greenspace views, and pedestrian access to the retail village.
  • A 100K SF Office Building intended to be leased by Wake Forest University.
  • Infrastructure improvements utilizing a $35 million grant allocated by the State of North Carolina that include road improvements, restoration of Silas Creek, and the construction of a paved, landscaped walking trail that will provide pedestrian connectivity throughout The Grounds and be a unique community amenity.
